“A Thought For The Future!” is how Beehoo Industries considered their 6-wheeled off-the-road amphibious vehicle. The product of an 8-year design process delivered an ATV that featured a 16-hp air-cooled engine. It was ideal for industrial and agricultural uses with “wide appeal among sportsmen who do not want to be limited by terrain”. However, its unique look captured the attention of Gerry Anderson’s production team who transformed it into the futuristic Moonbuggy depicted in Space:1999.

Initially included as part of MPC's Nuclear Waste Area 2 Diorama, MPC are now releasing the buggy with added features in its own kit! Now featuring interior tub with engine and chassis, this 3.25” kit also includes expanded decal sheets allowing you to build either the factory stock Amphicat ATV or the Space:1999 Moonbase Alpha Moonbuggy!
