The Revolutionary Army's chief of staff has been recreated with vivid effects based on the scene where he unleashes his Fire Fist Rook Check technique. His fluttering cape and flame effects uses translucent parts to depict the movement of the Fire Fist so that SABO looks like he's jumping to life!
